Job summary

The role requires strong Rockwell Automation, Ignition SCADA, and robotics expertise, plus the ability to mentor a talented controls team in a fast-paced, multi-plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's with required years, or 8+ years manufacturing experience and lead experience.
• Experience leading automation projects and night-shift support in manufacturing.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide night-shift technical leadership for automation and controls.
• Lead troubleshooting for production disruptions and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain PLC/SCADA/HMI systems and industrial networks.
• Support conveyors, AGV/AMR, and plant infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; create training materials.
• Coordinate controls activities during launches, shutdowns, and major equipment changes.
