Belmont Village Senior Living in Florida seeks a Private Caregiver for a full-time night shift to provide hands-on care for seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

The ideal candidate supports daily living activities, promotes social engagement, and maintains high safety and cleanliness standards while delivering exceptional hospitality. CNA not required but welcome with relevant caregiving experience.

Qualifications

• Experience providing activities of daily living (ADL) care in a care setting.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Professional, friendly, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living in a Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.
• Encourage socialization and participation in community activities while ensuring safety.
• Document daily care accurately and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
