Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking full-time and PRN caregivers for 2nd shift (2:30pm - 10:45pm) to provide hands-on care for residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The ideal candidate is reliable, empathetic, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, physically active setting.

Experience as a caregiver or related training is welcome; CNAs are not required. Belmont Village offers care, teamwork, and a strong hospitality mindset to help seniors thrive as they age.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain records of daily care and report changes to supervisors promptly.
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
