Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Background histories considered consistent with laws.
• Drug screen as condition of employment where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific screening procedures and monitoring activities.
• Screen individuals, packages, and personal belongings according to access-control protocols; report prohibited items and irregularities.
• Verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery documentation before entry to controlled areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate screening logs and incident reports; conduct regular and random patrols of entry points.
