Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Professional Security Officer to monitor client sites, observe and report activities, and help maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors. Wage is $19.36/hour with Saturday Midnight–8AM, Sunday Midnight–8AM, and Tuesday 4PM–Midnight shifts in Michigan.

This is a full/part‑time role requiring a valid MI driver’s license, pass a drug test and background check, and computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Must have 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be proficient with computers and technology.
• Must have valid MI driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring security and safety of property and personnel.
• Maintain a safe environment by monitoring premises and providing customer service to staff and visitors.
• Perform duties in a fast-paced guardhouse and be comfortable working with the public.
