Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for our Oceanside location in California. Must have an active CA guard card to qualify.

Pay rate is $22.50/hour with a Thursday-Monday schedule from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, plus options for weekly and daily pay. You will serve and safeguard clients across sectors such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more, by delivering customer service and enforcing safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have CA guard card and be at least 18 (unarmed) / 21+ (armed) as applicable.
• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience required.
• Background check and drug screen are required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; vary by client site.
