Job summary

Allied Universal in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer with Driver Patrol and Incident Response responsibilities at a logistics and distribution site. You will provide customer service, deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns while maintaining a visible presence and safe environment.

This role offers flexible weekend night shifts, opportunities to learn new roles through our Claim a Shift platform, and access to training and growth programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, docks, and perimeters.
• Monitor access by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations in reports.
