Job summary

The Itape Blythewood plant is seeking a Saturation Machine Operator to perform manufacturing tasks in the Saturation department, following process requirements and safety rules. You will monitor equipment, ensure product quality, and participate in safety and training programs.

The role is hourly non-exempt and requires reliable attendance and teamwork across shifts. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 50

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required with basic math skills.
• Must have good written and oral communication.
• Team-oriented with reliability and attendance.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in hot/humid environments.
• Experience in coating, web handling or extrusion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Saturation machinery and monitor production quality.
• Follow safety rules, complete required training, and keep records.
• Perform change-overs, start-up, adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Ensure materials and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
