Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Technician to maintain cleanliness of all food-contact equipment in the dairy production areas. You will follow standard operating procedures for sanitation, safely handling chemicals and tools, and coordinating with production teams to ensure hygiene standards.

The role requires flexibility, occasional overtime, and the ability to work in wet, humid, and temperature-changing conditions. Prior sanitation or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in a manufacturing setting.
• At least 6 months in industrial manufacturing, sanitation or related roles.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and troubleshoot in sanitation tasks.
• Able to read, write and understand instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize food-contact equipment and processing areas per SSOPs.
• Safely handle sanitation chemicals and equipment during tasks.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness and report issues to supervisors.
• Work around large processing equipment in hot, wet environments.
• Follow safety, GMP, quality, and housekeeping procedures.
