Job summary

Bel Brands is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor for the Little Chute, WI facility on the 3rd shift (10pm–6am), with potential Sunday work. You will lead a sanitation team of up to 20 hourly workers, ensuring GMP compliance and maintaining sanitation records for inspections.

Responsibilities include managing chemicals, CIP/COP equipment, training, and coordinating with production supervision to drive continuous improvement and safe, efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Management or related field with 1 year sanitation supervision experience preferred.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, HS diploma/GED with 3+ years of sanitation experience in food/dairy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Experience with chemicals, pest control and sanitation equipment; CIP/COP knowledge.
• SAP and MS Office/Excel proficiency assumed beneficial.
• 3rd shift work including Sundays; hours vary by business need.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct sanitation team of up to 20 hourly employees, including training and coaching.
• Ensure GMPs and sanitation procedures are followed and records maintained for inspections.
• Maintain and improve sanitation programs to comply with federal/state inspections.
• Oversee CIP/COP operations and sanitation equipment; manage chemicals and pest control.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the sanitation team and production alignment.
