Job summary

GDI Services is seeking candidates for a sanitation role on the night shift in Wisconsin. You will foam and scrub production areas, sanitize surfaces, and maintain a clean, safe facility aligned with GMP standards.

Work closely with teammates to ensure a high-quality production environment. The position emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous sanitation or housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
• High integrity required.

Responsibilities

• Foaming and scrubbing of production equipment, floors, walls, etc.
• Clean, sanitize, and return production facility to operation with pre-mixed chemicals.
• Sanitize all surfaces post clean for production runs.
• Interior infrastructure cleaning of production and non-production areas.
• Participate in pre-operation inspections of equipment after the clean.
• Maintain GMP protocols and wear PPE as directed.
• Sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and cafeterias.
• Sweep and mop; ensure a high quality clean production surface.
• Work with team members to complete all projected work.
