Versova is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor (Night Shift) in Moses Lake, WA to lead the sanitation function in a large food processing facility. The role reports to the Processing Manager and is a full-time onsite position with a compensation range of $80K–$91K annually.

The incumbent will develop sanitation strategies, manage multiple sanitation teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across sanitation operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in food processing sanitation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices.
• Strong leadership and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee facility-wide sanitation strategies and protocols.
• Manage and mentor a team of Sanitation Leads and Workers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance to optimize sanitation schedules and processes.
• Develop and manage the sanitation department budget, including labor and supply costs.
• Implement and oversee a comprehensive sanitation audit program.
• Lead investigations into sanitation-related issues and implement corrective actions.
