Qualifications

• Ability to work in an efficient and organized fashion.
• Must adhere to all corporate GMPs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and inspects all process equipment for conformity to sanitation laws.
• Perform Pre-Op inspections with QA and/or USDA personnel.
• Self-directed cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintains and updates all chemical cleaning procedures.
• Provides weekly review reports on sanitation inspections.
