Maola Local Dairies is seeking a CIP Operator for the Sanitation team in High Point, NC. This on-site role focuses on maintaining cleanliness in Shipping and Production areas and grounds, using proper cleaning chemicals and equipment while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Must follow written and verbal instructions, including cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Prior experience in sanitation, food manufacturing, or chemical handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates cleaning equipment, including power scrubbers and foamers, using appropriate chemicals to clean and sanitize areas.
• Performs cleaning tasks across walls, ceilings, floors, drains, piping, and equipment in the processing plant, warehouse, and storage areas.
• Cleans exterior surfaces of machinery, equipment, and tanks as part of routine sanitation procedures.
• Maintains supply levels in designated areas and refills dispensers as needed.
• Removes trash, recycling, and debris to maintain a clean, hazard-free workplace.
• Monitors work areas for safety hazards and notifies leadership; addresses hazards as directed.
• Adheres to GMPs, safety protocols, and PPE usage.
• Supports special cleaning projects and other duties as assigned.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
