Job summary

GDI, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager - Hourly for the Night Shift at our Florence, KY facility. You will lead and train the sanitation team, ensure safe operations, and meet customer quality expectations while performing daily cleaning tasks.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on a night schedule (7:00 pm – 7:00 am). Previous supervisory experience and OSHA 10 are preferred; on-site work with PPE provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and direct the sanitation staff on site.
• Perform and supervise daily cleaning tasks to meet GMP and quality standards.

• Participate in pre-operation inspections and equipment readiness checks.
• Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to safety protocols.
