Job description

Responsibilities

• Verifies all departmental documentation is in order on a daily basis
• Coordinates with the USDA and QA to ensure plant is inspected and ready for production
• Coordinates with all departments to ensure all master cleaning is completed as scheduled
• Conducts and approves staff changes, raises, and evaluations for Supervisory positions
• Oversees employee attendance, transfers, disciplinary actions, and evaluations
• Controls costs in labor, materials, chemicals, and continuous process improvement
• Experienced and certified BRC process
• Oversees night shift production in the plant
