Job summary

GHR Healthcare is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week travel assignment at a hospital in Coal Township, PA. The role features 12-hour night shifts (7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.) with every-other weekend and holiday and no on-call requirements.

Requirements include 1 year of RT experience (2 years preferred), RRT credential, active license, and BLS. CRT candidates may be considered. Perks include 401K with matching and health/dental/vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience; 2 years preferred.
• RRT credential required; CRT candidates may be considered.
• Active license in respiratory therapy required; BLS certification required.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and alternating weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and provide respiratory care for hospitalized patients.
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies per patient needs and protocols.
• Monitor respiratory status and communicate significant changes to the care team.
• Support evaluation and management of oxygen delivery systems and respiratory equipment.
• Document assessments, treatments, patient responses, and interventions.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other staff to promote safe outcomes.
