Destro AI is seeking a hands-on, on-site technician based at a live customer facility in Sumner, WA, to sustain the deployed robotic fleet during night shifts. You will deploy, commission, and monitor robots using the MothershipOS platform, diagnose issues, and restore production while training warehouse staff on safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on technical experience with robotics or automation.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting across multiple subsystems.
• Able to work independently on a night shift.
• Clear communicator to explain issues to warehouse staff and engineers.
• Comfortable in a warehouse environment; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safety-first with high ownership mindset.
• Experience with AMRs, AGVs, or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and commission robotic systems on-site.
• Support site mapping, zone setup, and workflow configuration.
• Execute acceptance testing and go-live validation.
• Monitor fleet via MothershipOS dashboard.
• Respond to robot exceptions in real time.
• Triage issues to keep throughput targets.
• Train warehouse associates and new technicians.
• Escalate issues to engineering with diagnostic details.
• Feed field learnings back into product.
