Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Women's Surgical Specialty Unit in Falls Church, VA. This full-time night shift (3x12-hour) runs from 7:00 p.m.

to 7:00 a.m., with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available. The unit delivers high-quality women’s health services with accreditations in childbirth and maternity care, while Inova consistently ranks as a national leader in safety, quality, and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Critical Care or equivalent.
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing; ADN must complete BSN within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable clinical practice and care coordination.
• Deliver safe, patient-centered care respecting family involvement.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Document care activities per standards and communicate with the care team.
• Mentor staff and support preceptorship and delegation of tasks.
