Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, 12-hour night shift weekend position. You will implement, direct, and document nursing care while collaborating with the care team to ensure safety and quality.

A $7.05 premium on weekends and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 enhance the base pay, along with strong tuition reimbursement and comprehensive benefits. New grads are welcome, Indiana RN licensure and CPR are required by hire or within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
• Experience: New Grads are Welcome.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate and document the nursing process per standards.
• Advocate for patients and ensure a safe environment for patients, families and staff.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality patient care.
