Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Full-time, 12 Hour Night Shift Weekender role. The position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a weekend premium pay of $7.05 on Saturdays and Sundays, with a standard base pay.

Responsibilities include delivering nursing care per established standards, documenting care, and advocating for patients while ensuring a safe, compassionate environment. We welcome new grads and provide comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: RN Indiana License; CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Experience: New Grads are Welcome.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate and document the nursing process per standards and Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• Act as patient advocate and provide a safe environment for patients, visitors and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure quality care.
