Job summary

Twilight Gardens in Norwalk, OH is a long-term care facility seeking RN staff for 7p-7a shifts, 3 nights per week. Responsibilities include direct resident care, medication administration, assessments, and thorough documentation. Must have an active Ohio RN license, CPR certification, and pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license is required.

• One year of ventilator experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough documentation of resident status.
• Notify physicians of changes in patients’ conditions.
