Twilight Gardens in Norwalk, OH is a long-term care facility seeking an RN with vent experience to join our night shift team (3 nights per week, 7p–7a). This role focuses on direct resident care within a small vent unit and requires strong assessment and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered Ohio nursing license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• 1 year vent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents on a vent unit.
• Perform assessments and document thoroughly.
• Assist Respiratory Therapists as needed.
• Notify physicians of changes in patients' status.
• Maintain accurate and timely charting.
