Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift to deliver safe, compassionate nursing care from admission through discharge. You will collaborate with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license or multi-state license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per resident's plan of care, including meds administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation.
• Supervise nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants/STNAs.
• Monitor residents' conditions, report changes to physician and care team.
• Foster a positive, resident-centered environment.
