Job summary

The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH invites experienced Registered Nurses to join the 9 East Medicine Unit on the MetroHealth Main Campus (Glick). This night shift unit supports telemetry-enabled, high-acuity medical care with rotating weekends and holidays.

Required: Ohio RN license, BLS, 1 year RN experience for PRN; BSN and Magnet Certification preferred. MetroHealth offers strong benefits, tuition reimbursement, and OPERS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; current RN licensure in Ohio; BLS certification.
• PRN requires 1 year of RN experience; certifications on hire.
• BSN and Magnet certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide IV placement, blood draws, Foley catheter care.
• Perform tracheostomy care, NG/PEG management, wound care.
• Demonstrate time management, critical thinking, and delegation in daily rounds.
