Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an RN for the Surgical & Orthopedic Care Unit to provide high-quality patient care on a fast-paced 30-bed unit. The role utilizes the nursing process and requires coordination with multiple departments to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

The RN will uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and Mercy Service Standards, while contributing to a collaborative team focused on continuous learning and excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license (state-specific or compact).
• Must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
