Eating Recovery Center Pathlight, Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor to lead the nursing team in a residential facility. The role requires an active WA RN license and at least 1 year of direct patient care, with overnight shifts and rotating schedules.

The Nurse House Supervisor will coordinate unit operations, supervise staff, perform audits, and ensure compliance with licensing standards while supporting patient care and crisis management as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing is required.
• Unrestricted RN license in the state of Washington.
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead and motivate others.

Responsibilities
