Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Central Dakotas in Mandan, ND is seeking a Night Shift Charge Nurse to join our care team on a 12-hour schedule. This full-time position supports critical care patients in a 41-bed hospital and emphasizes hands-on leadership and patient-centered care.

You will coordinate nursing care, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to nursing practice standards while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment is required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
• One year of medical/surgical hospital experience required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating the delivery of nursing care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of the individual patient.
• Provides leadership and clinical guidance by working with and supporting the nursing staff and other ancillary personnel.
• Participates in the interdisciplinary review process for patients, incorporating the information into the plan of care and the education plan for the assigned patients.
