Job summary
Vibra Hospital of Central Dakotas in Mandan, ND is seeking a Night Shift Charge Nurse to join our 41-bed Critical Care hospital. This full-time, night-shift role offers a $20,000 bonus opportunity and a chance to lead nursing care on the unit.

Qualifications
- Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
- BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.
- Minimum of one year medical/surgical hospital experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
- Provide direct care and supervise all nursing care per Nurse Practice Act.
- Coordinate nursing unit activities and participate in patient/family education.
- Offer leadership and clinical guidance to staff and ancillary personnel.
