Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead the night-shift leadership team in a LTACH setting near Charlotte, NC. This full-time, direct-hire role offers the chance to guide bedside teams delivering high-acuity care to complex patients.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with leadership, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while supporting staff development and patient safety during night operations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state).
• Minimum 2 years of acute care or LTACH experience.
• Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification required.
• Strong leadership and effective team communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide night-shift supervision for clinical staff across units.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
• Coordinate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams on patient needs and staffing.
• Serve as a resource for clinical decisions and emergencies.
• Support regulatory compliance, documentation, and hospital policies.
• Mentor and develop night shift staff in clinical and professional growth.
