Qualifications

• RN must be licensed by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Diploma or equivalent professional licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Implement, evaluate, and modify individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient status; communicate changes to the care team.
• Coordinate care across medical disciplines to ensure a unified patient experience.
• Follow physician orders and nursing protocols exactly.
• Assess discharge needs and plan safe transitions home or to next level of care.
