Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• If ADN, enroll in BSN within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (ACLS by hire or within 6 months).
• Experience as an RN is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on a 16-bed step-down unit with higher monitoring needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Demonstrate clinical reasoning, critical thinking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
