Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and implement care plans per physician orders.
• Develop and document nursing care plans and objectives.
• Educate residents and families on conditions and self-care.
• Evaluate care outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain infection-control and medication safety.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
