The position requires an active RN license in the state and ideally 1+ year of long-term care experience. Knowledge of MatrixCare is a plus, with a supportive, family-friendly culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.
• Minimum one year of RN experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with healthcare team to assess and plan patient care.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Record patient data and vital signs.
• Monitor equipment and interpret readings.
• Initiate corrective action for adverse symptoms.
• Provide bedside care to a variety of patients.
• Assist with dressing changes, catheter insertions, IVs as needed.
• Support physician during examinations and treatments.
• Participate in discharge planning.
• Maintain timely and accurate care documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
