MedStar Health is conducting a search for Night Shift Clinical Nurse I positions to provide skilled, compassionate care to patients across routine to complex needs. You will assess evolving conditions, identify health concerns, and develop care plans in collaboration with the nursing team.

Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated with colleagues, contributing to a high-quality patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care across routine to highly complex patient needs.
• Assess evolving patient conditions, identify health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
