Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs telephone triage, patient flow, and coordination of patient care.
• Schedules emergent need patient appointments.
• Identifies learning needs for patients and families, provides advice and recommendations.
• Delivers IV access and medication administration as directed.
• Delegates tasks to clinical staff according to competencies and scope of practice.
• Enters admission orders as directed by provider.
• May cover Medical Assistant or LPN duties as needed.
