Job summary

Freeman Health System in Springdale, AR is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our full-time team delivering patient-centered care using the nursing process.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Arkansas license or compact state license required. Preferred: 3+ years RN experience in an acute care hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas RN license or compact state RN license.
• Compact license must be in the nurse’s state of residence.
• Preferred: 3+ years RN experience in acute hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and optimal outcomes.
