Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Pulmonary Medicine Unit, a higher acuity patient population. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week with 7pm–7:30am shifts and a 3rd weekend/holiday track.

You will perform planning of care, assessments, patient/family education, and collaborate with physicians and care teams. Requires IL RN license, ACLS/BLS, and ADN or higher; a BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Active Illinois RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications with current CPR.

Responsibilities

• Develops a care plan to achieve outcomes and evaluates progress.
• Performs patient assessment and data collection.
• Communicates plan of care to patient/family and care team.
• Educates patient and family based on assessed learning needs.
• Collaborates with peers and staff to support clinical education.
