Trinity Health Oakland is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. The role requires coordination and evaluation of patient care, teaching, and delegation within a team, with leadership responsibilities and participation in Shared Governance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or equivalent.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Michigan.
• ACLS certification required for RN Care Managers in ER/ICU/CCU/etc.
• BCLS certification required for bedside inpatient care.
• ENCP certification required for RN Care Managers in ER.
• PALS certification required for RN Care Managers in Ambulatory Surgery Center and PACU.
• NRC certification required for RN Care Managers in NICU and L&D.

Responsibilities

• The RN is accountable for patient care management during a designated timeframe; coordinates, teaches and delegates activities.
• Assists in leadership and coordination of the continuum plan of care with the multidisciplinary team; supports Shared Governance and customer service.
