• Current licensure to practice nursing in Michigan.
• ACLS certification required for RN Care Managers in ER/ICU/CCU/PACU/other areas.
• BCLS certification required for bedside inpatient care.
• ENCP certification required for RN Care Managers in ER.
• PALS certification required for RN Care Managers in ASC and PACU.
• NRC (Neonatal Resuscitation) required for NICU and L&D RN Care Managers.

• Manage patient care during a designated timeframe and coordinate the continuum plan of care.
• Coordinate, implement and evaluate the continuum plan of care with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Actively supports Shared Governance and promotes customer service.
