Jefferson Health is seeking a Professional Nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. The role emphasizes individualized care planning with patients and designated care partners, respecting cultural beliefs and values.

The nurse will educate patients and families, participate in safety and quality initiatives, and collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, compassionate care and accurate documentation across shifts.

Competenze

• Specialized Diploma in nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and cultural awareness.
• Effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and health information documentation.
• BLS certification required; RN licensed in Pennsylvania.
