Job summary

In collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team, this role administers medications safely, conducts ongoing assessments, and serves as a patient safety advocate, supporting quality improvement initiatives in the department.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse in the state of practice (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred or higher.
• Proven ability to apply the nursing process to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial and ongoing patient assessments; analyzes data and plans care.
• Implements treatment, administers medications safely.
• Evaluates treatment effectiveness and coordinates patient teaching with health team.
• Acts as a patient safety advocate and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
