Qualifications

• Graduate from a Nursing Specialty Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient and family needs.
• Coordinate and deliver direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
• Formulate and revise care plans, educate patients and families, and facilitate discharge planning.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care accordingly.
• Participate in quality, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and contribute to unit decision-making processes.
• Adhere to policies and standards, ensuring a safe, supportive environment.
