Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Ortho/Med/Surg Unit at its Level IV Trauma Center in Ontario, Oregon. The night shift runs 7pm–7am with weekends required, and self-scheduling is used to assign shifts.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, BSN preferred, and has BLS certification. ACLS/PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS. A strong team orientation and commitment to high-quality patient care are essential.

Competenze

• A current RN license is required.
• Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required at hire. ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on patient care to a variety of patients on the Ortho/Med/Surg Unit.
• Collaborate with colleagues and maintain accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and develop care plans based on individual needs.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments while ensuring patient advocacy.
