Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Observation unit at the Florence, Kentucky hospital. The role supports our mission of compassionate care. Shift is night, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am; part-time, 24 hours weekly.

The RN will provide evidence-based clinical care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise task delegation, and uphold professional standards and ethics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education, Credentials, Licenses requirements for nursing practice.
• Specialized knowledge in nursing theory, clinical standards, calculations for medications.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to designated patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Demonstrate empathy, respect and dignity in all patient interactions.
