Job summary

DINWIDDIE HEALTH CARE LLC in Virginia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the overnight shift (11pm-7am) to provide direct primary nursing care and supervise licensed staff. The RN may also serve as Nursing Supervisor, participate in quality improvement, rounds with medical providers, and ensure accurate documentation and medication administration.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing.
• Experience supervising licensed nurses and CNAs preferred.
• Strong clinical and leadership skills with patient-centered focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct licensed and non-licensed nursing staff.
• Direct delivery of patient care and make daily rounds.
• Document nursing care accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, labs, and pharmacy to ensure safe care.
• Assist in admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
