Required RN Diploma and active RN license in Mississippi; BLS certification. Preferred associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing. This role emphasizes patient/family education and professional accountability within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma required; state RN license.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Uses Nursing Process in the delivery of patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implement teaching strategies for the diverse needs of the patient and family.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Utilizes data to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes.
• Supports privacy, respect for diversity, and professional nursing accountability.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
