Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Neuroscience unit at the University of Minnesota Medical Center - East Bank Campus. You will care for adult patients with complex neurological, neurosurgical, ENT, and trauma conditions, providing close observation and timely interventions.

The role involves a .7 FTE schedule (56 hours per 2 week pay period) on the overnight shift (11:00pm-7:30am), with 8-hour shifts and every other weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• MN RN Licensure is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ADN or higher degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for adult neuroscience patients including neuro, neurosurgical, ENT and trauma cases.
• Monitor patients with advanced technology and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and infusion therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
