Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• BSN degree preferred for advancement.
• Georgia RN license or compact license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience.
• Night shift and IMCU/stepdown experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate care via interdisciplinary rounds and clear documentation.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with policies and standards.
• Support and mentor other staff and students to ensure workforce readiness.
