Job summary

UNC Health Care in Chapel Hill, NC, is opening a new Intermediate Neurosciences and ENT unit. We seek experienced nurses for a 36-hour/week night-shift role with weekend rotation and self-scheduling, eligible for a robust benefits package and incentives. The INEU unit houses 18 beds and supports complex neuro and head/neck care.

The role reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and focuses on coordinated, high-quality patient care with emphasis on teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of professional nursing.
• RN licensed in North Carolina.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification.
• One year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent clinical nursing care in line with standards.
• Coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
• Participate in continuing education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Support unit goals and promote safe, high-quality care.
